Hi all,
This is the beginning of a new leaf I am turning over. I am changing how I eat, feel and live. First and foremost, with how I eat. I am a binge eater to the extreme. If it looks good, I will eat it even if I am not hungry. This blog is going to follow my steps to getting healthier, and how I feel about everything. Ill share my thoughts on workouts, foods and other things that I, and maybe you will find helpful or interesting. Overall, I hope this blog helps me lose the weight that I have put on (again).
